Ability: ExperiencedRings are very well made, sturdy. Used with very hearty cake batters (chocolate and red velvet). Another high quality product from Nordic Ware—still use my maternal grandmother’s bundt pan and my own purchase of a breakfast sandwich maker several years ago.

Ability: IntermediateMy son and I wanted a baking project and this turned out to be fun. We used the cake ring easily, and it lifted straight up without much movement in the batter. It came out really nice, although not totally perfect, but it was definitely good.
