Use & Care
1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended.
2. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing
flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray.
3. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow.
4. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.

Ability: IntermediateThe rosebud cake pan is heavy and sturdy made. You have to grease and flour the pan well before putting in the cake batter for the best result. I really wish there were more detailed instructions on baking and how to release the baked goods when I purchased the pan

Ability: ExperiencedThis is one of my favorite pans that Nordic Ware makes because it produces the cutest muffins and cupcakes, which look lovely arranged on a tray or piled high in a bowl. The pan is a nice small size that fits in the smallest oven, or even four to a rack in a bigger oven. I grease and flour and never have any problem with release or washing up. Thank you, Nordic Ware.

Ability: ExperiencedI made red velvet cakes with this pan, and the roses came out of the pan easily and beautifully. Each rose is the perfect size of a cupcake. For dessert serving, I plate two roses together with leaves of frosting piped around them, and the effect is stunning. Cleanup is easy with soapy water and a natural-bristle pastry brush. Nordic Ware quality is exceptional.
