Use & Care

1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water.
2. Dishwasher use is not recommended, as it may shorten the life of the nonstick coating on your pan.
3. Before each use, brush with solid vegetable shortening and dust with flour or cocoa, or use baking spray with flour in it.
4. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.
5. For perfectly round cake pops, place top half of pan onto bottom half and secure by sliding tabs into locked position. Trim edges of baked cake pops, if needed, prior to decorating.
6. It may be necessary with less dense cakes to dip lollipop sticks in melted chocolate prior to inserting into cakes in order to keep them in place. Allow to cool before decorating.
7. Metal will become hot while baking. Always use oven mitts when handling.
8. Oven safe to 425°F (220°C)

Product Reviews

I only like to give 1, 2, & 3 Star Reviews, I feel anything more is excess. That being said, I do like this pan. I have several pieces of Nordicware in my kitchen, and they have all been great. I love that they are made in the USA. I do not prefer the keys that lock this pan into place, I have to use a pair of pliers to remove them. I ended up ordering a second pan to speed up the baking process. I preferred this pan over an electric model, as this a pan is more easier to clean and store.

I wanted to make donut holes, so immediately looked on line and saw a recipe by King Arthur Flour for Cinnamon Baked donut holes. After reading the reviews I bought 2 of these pans and so glad I did. I made them following the KA recipe to the letter and they came out great. I made one batch and used a cinnamon-sugar coating, and then made another batch and used a powdered sugar coating. Will definitely make these again!

Great way to make cake pops!

They were a lot of fun! I received the pan as a gift and set out to use it right away. The fudgy cake pop recipe that was included worked very well–they were more like brownies than cake, and when they didn’t come out of the pan properly you could squeeze them back into ball form. The Jiffy Mix cake I tried in this pan was total failure….?Take care to grease AND flour each compartment for best results! Also, allowing them to cool in the pan for longer than the 5 suggested minutes was helpful. They take forever, but the kids loved them.
