Great product if it stays flat forever

Ability: ExperiencedI had originally bought two from Sur La Table. This was over 2 years ago. I had only recently noticed the center of both became less flat. Both were with a mild raised center that prevent the pots/pans to lie flat on the stove top. I notified Nordic Ware and was promptly sent two new replacements. I do enjoy using these and am hoping they won't have any issues in the future.
