Use & Care
1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended.
2. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray.
3. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow.
4. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.

Ability: BeginnerThis pan is perfect to make individual cakes! It’s easy to give one to each grandchild! It is also easy for gift wrapping and putting a couple in gift baskets. It is also great to give each person their own cake after dinner for dessert.

Ability: IntermediateI have got an embarassing amount of Nordic Ware bakeware and I don't care! The quality is first class and I love the unusual designs. I don't have to worry about whether the purchase will be worth it, the excellent quality is a given. I don't mind that they aren't in regular use as the classical designs will go from year to year.
