Use & Care
1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with hot soapy water.
2. Before each use, brush with solid vegetable shortening and dust with flour or spray with unsalted vegetable shortening with flour in the spray.
3. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow.
4. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.

I use this pan to make tartlettes for teas. If you roll out a single refrigerated pie crust to about 1/8" thickness, you will be able to cut 12 rounds to fill each cavity in the pan. Use a cutter 1/2" larger than the top diameter of the well. Dock bottom and sides with a fork. A fluted cutter is especially attractive if you have one.
