Ability: IntermediateGot my first Nordic Ware spatula as a gift from King Arthur Flour 2 yrs. ago, replacing it with these 2 items. I have been a frequent baker/cook for over 50 yrs. The edge on this spatula is amazing-clears bowls the best! The only reason I rated less than 5 is that the wood handle on the original spatula broke where it inserts into the spatula head with minimal dough manipulation. I’ve never had a spatula handle break. Hope these replacements do not break. I would like this edge on a molded/sealed plastic handle—then it would be a 5+!
