Use & Care
1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended.
2. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray.
3. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow.
4. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.

Ability: ExperiencedI have to admit I was pleasantly surprised at the design and the weight of this pan. I was concerned about the recipe actually sticking to the pan and loved it when I flipped the cake over onto the wire rack to cool further the cake came right out without any residue remaining! Instead of prepping the pan with oil and flour I used a no-stick baking spray with which is the first time I've ever bought a cooking spray with flour so was doubtful it would work. Don't be afraid to buy or use it in this pan or any decorative pan for baking purposes. I plan on making several snowflake cakes for neighbors for the holidays with this new pan I like it that much!
