Use & Care
1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand
wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is
not recommended.
2. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and
dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray
containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular
cooking spray.
3. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more
than 3/4 full to avoid overflow.
4. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners
should not be used on nonstick surfaces.

Ability: IntermediateWork really well when you prepare them appropriately. Don't use regular cooking spray. Use butter or the like. I used a soft tooth brush to get stuff left so as not to scratch the pan. Cleaning it is a chore but they are really great otherwise.

Ability: IntermediateI love this pan! I can make any regular cake batter recipe and split it between the two molds. This way I have a lovely cake to keep and one to give away (or take in to the office) As a person in a small household, an entire bundt cake is just too much to use up while it's still fresh. This is a manageable size to invite someone for dessert or to hog up to myself for breakfast and dinner for a few days.

Ability: ExperiencedI was really excited to receive this duet pan, and looking forward to get around to using it soon. ??It has great shape definition and seems to be the same great quality of the other nordicware baking pans I have. Always received compliments whenever I bring a bundt cake to work, which is exactly what i think will happen with this one as well.??I was lucky that when I purchased it, although they were out of stock at the time, they became available shortly and was able to have my entire order in one shipment! ??The packaging includes care instructions as well as a recipe on the back of the cardboard, so be sure to check it out before you recycle it! ??I wholeheartedly recommend it!
