Use & Care
1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended.
2. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray.
3. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow.
4. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.

Hi Marion, thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you are having issues getting the cakes out of your pan. This pan does have a non stick coating like our other cast aluminum baking pans, but proper preparation will help with an easy release. Here are some tips that may help: Make sure to use baking spray containing flour and make sure to spread evenly across all the wells in the pan. You may also use butter/shortening and dust it with flour/ cocoa. Once done, let the cakes cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before inverting onto a cooling rack. If it cools too long in the pan, it may stick more easily. If you are still having issues with the pan, please reach out to our consumer service team at info@nordicware.com!

Ability: ExperiencedI love these pans. I make tasty little tidbits and the shape makes multiple toppings super easy. Would be a 5++, but they do take a little time to clean afterwards. It's worth every minute for the results though!
