Use & Care
1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended.
2. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray.
3. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow.
4. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.

Ability: IntermediateBeautiful pan! It can even be used as wall art. As long as you prep the pan properly, the cake releases easily. By far, this is my most fave pan in my collection.

Ability: ExperiencedThere is no doubt about the sturdy quality and lovely finishes on this Nordic Ware Brilliance Set. As a chef and baker I have made the Red Velvet Cake with a few modifications of my own with delicious and perfect results (cakes slide right out of the pans). one of these times was for a cooking class for kids and they loved the pan and how lovely and tasty the cake turned out. Definitely worth the money - no questions asked!
