Nice Size Mini Loaf or Cake
Recommend To A Friend: Yes
Product Quality: Exceptional
Frequency Used: 1-2 times total
Length of Ownership: One month or less
Ability: ExperiencedThe mini loaves are a nice size for individual loaves of corn bread. The loaves are tall enough that if you are baking a cake, the cake can be split and a layer of filling added. So easy and so fancy!

perfect for cornbread
Recommend To A Friend: Yes
Product Quality: Exceptional
Frequency Used: 1-2 times total
Length of Ownership: One month or less
Ability: IntermediateGet this pan for the compact table top oven. The pan nicely fits it. After baked at 380F 20min, the cornbread comes out of the pan easily ,with perfectly golden brown ,very crispy crust, while the inside is very moist, best ever cornbread! I originally thought if the pan is silver-colored would be better, since it darkens the cake/bread less, does it? but so far it works well with cornbread. I will try some yellow cake recipes, to see how it works.
