How can I contact your company?
Just call us at 1-877-466-7342 Monday - Friday between 8am and 4:00pm CST and our Consumer Representatives will be happy to assist you. You may also contact us through our contact page.
Where can I find Nordic Ware products?
Nordic Ware products can be found in many national and local retailers. Try our online retail/distributor locator or just call our Consumer Services department and we will be happy to help you find Nordic Ware goods in your area.
Can I buy direct from Nordic Ware?
You can buy any of our products directly through our consumer line by calling our 800 number and talking to our Consumer Representatives. You can order by credit card, check, money order, or through the Internet via our online store. We accept VISA, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.
Once I order how long will it take to get my product?
Most orders are sent via UPS and will be to your home within 7 to 10 business days. If you prefer faster service you can order UPS next day or 2 day service for an additional charge. Call our consumer line for details.
How can I get a copy of your catalog?
Our direct mail catalog is free and can be ordered by phoning 1-877-466-7342 or e-mailing your address. If you would like to fax us we can be reached at 952-924-9668.
Does Nordic Ware have any retail stores?
We have a Nordic Ware outlet store located in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. Call our 800 number for hours and directions.
I have a Nordic Ware product but I lost the directions.
Call our consumer services department at 1-877-466-7342 8:00am to 4:00 pm CST and we will be happy to send you the directions in the mail.
How do I return a product to Nordic Ware for repair or replacement?
At Nordic Ware we want you to be satisfied with our products. If for any reason your item becomes defective within the warranty period just send it back to us along with your name, address and original sales receipt so that we may evaluate the pan for defects, and if defective Nordic Ware will be happy to repair or replace the item on a pro rated basis. I have a Tender Cooker and would like to order replacement parts for it.
We still do manufacture our microwave pressure cooker. The Tender Cooker and all replacement parts can be ordered directly through our Consumer line at 1-877-466-7342 ext. 629.
I bought a Nordic Ware faucet, and would like to order replacement filter cartridges.
You can order the replacement filters directly through our consumer line at 1-877-466-7342 Ask us about our automatic filter replenishment program to take the worry out of ordering your replacement filters.
I have a Nordic Ware gas grill in need of parts, how can I get some?
Nordic Ware discontinued making large gas grills several years ago and has no replacement parts available. In most cases universal parts, available in most hardware stores can be used.
