The roasting cone radiates heat into the center cavity of the bird. ( This quickly cooks the poultry from the inside, while giving the outside a nice golden brown skin ) Simply fill the base drip pan with broth, beer, wine or basting juices. The liquid is slowly absorbed into the bird during cooking to maximize flavor and juiciness. Add veggies and potatoes around the bottom and you have a delicious meal roasted in one pan. The Vertical Roaster is made from a high quality Aluminum and is non-stick coated inside and out for easy clean up. Made in the USA - 5 year warranty.
