Create-A-Sundae

Ingredients:

8-1/2oz. box of crushed chocolate wafer cookies
½ cup butter or margarine, melted
1qt. (4 cups) strawberry or cherry-nut ice cream
1qt. (4 cups) chocolate ice cream or chocolate variation, such as Rocky Road
1qt. (4 cups) green peppermint ice cream
Assorted ice cream toppings such as chocolate, butterscotch and strawberry
whipping cream or frozen whipped topping, thawed
Toasted coconut
Whole or chopped nuts
Maraschino cherries
Sliced Bananas
Whole strawberries

Preparation:

Soften strawberry ice cream; spoon evenly into 12-Cup Bundt Pan. Freeze until firm. Combine crushed cookies and melted butter; sprinkle half over frozen strawberry ice cream; spoon evenly over crumbs. Freeze until firm. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Soften peppermint ice cream; spoon evenly over crumbs. Freeze until firm. To remove mold, dip in warm water & turn out on serving plate. Place back in freezer to firm up outside of mold. Serve with suggested sundae accompaniments.

Tip: Recipe may be halved for 6-Cup Bundt Pan.
