Scandinavian Classic Desserts with Pat Sinclair

Join cookbook author Pat Sinclair when she returns to Nordic Ware for a class featuring recipes from her Scandinavian baking books.
From her newest book, "Scandinavian Classic Desserts," Pat will be making Danish Aebleskiver with Apple Filling and Mazarin Tarts. From "Scandinavian Classic Baking" she will make Rhubarb Cake with Lemon Butter Sauce.
Cost: $25 per person plus tax; samples and take-home recipes included. Guests will also receive a 15% discount on regular-priced Nordic Ware brand products purchased in the store that evening. Classes are demonstration style and limited to 24 people.
