Show-Stopping Sides for the Holidays
WHAT: Cooking demonstration at the Nordic Ware Factory Store
Forget the pursuit of the perfect turkey – we all know it’s the sides that make a holiday meal unique and memorable! Join Rachael Perron as she prepares an array of seasonal supporting players – without a mashed potato or green bean casserole in sight. These are sophisticated flavors – but guaranteed to please even the pickiest palate and dazzle your dinner guests.
Rachael will be making:
Orange-Braised Fennel
Garlicky Creamed Spinach
Brussels Sprouts with Pancetta and Honey
Savory Spoonbread with Fennel-Spiced Sausage, Apricots and Fresh Sage
WHEN: Tuesday, November 17, 2009
7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
WHERE: The Nordic Ware Factory Store

St. Louis Park, MN 55416
COST: $25.00 per person plus tax – includes take-home recipes and a 15 percent discount on Nordic Ware-made products purchased in the store the evening of the class.
