Forget the pursuit of the perfect turkey – we all know it’s the sides that make a holiday meal unique and memorable! Join us as we prepare an amazing spread of seasonal supporting players – without a mashed potato or green bean casserole in sight. These are sophisticated flavors – but guaranteed to please even the pickiest palate and dazzle your dinner guests:
Orange-Braised Fennel
Fruited Wild Rice Pilaf
Brussels Sprouts with Pancetta and Honey
Savory Spoonbread with Fennel-Spiced Sausage, Apricots and Fresh Sage
December 1 – Best Holiday Cookies and Desserts for Gift-Giving and Entertaining

Classes are Tuesday evenings -- 7:00 to 8:30 p.m.

Cost: $25.00 per person plus tax, samples and take-home recipes included
Guests will also receive a 15% discount on Nordic Ware-made products purchased in the store the evening of the class. Classes are demonstration style and limited to 20 people
