Nordic Ware, a nationally recognized manufacturer of kitchenware products, is looking for an experienced full time person to provide product information, handle customer concerns and requests, process orders and generate invoices. Must be highly detail oriented and have excellent organization and communication skills with a great human relations demeanor. This individual will enter customer orders and interact with Sales Managers and Sales Reps on a daily basis. Customer Service experience with order entry and telephone skills required, proficiency in Windows environment preferred, familiarity with Fourth Shift software a plus
